Wednesday October 21st
Bargetto Winery
3535 North Main Street, Soquel.
A special, by-request theme this evening: “Happy Birthday Tom Petty.” There’ll be the usual general trivia round, a round devoted to Tom, and Michael kicks off the night early at 6:00pm with a half hour of live Tom Petty tunes. Game starts at 6:30pm.

Michael and His SCARY New Best Friends bust out their seasonal, spooky holiday tunes for the first time this season. One set at 5:00pm, followed by “Thrill the World” zombie dancers at dusk, and a wild, jammy evening with South County Band, the new incarnation of Watsonville’s beloved Apple City Slough.
Thursday October 29th
Tacos & Trivia @ El Vaquero Winery
2901 Freedom Blvd, Corralitos
A seasonal edition this week, and the theme is “Creatures of the Night.” Tonight is also a fundraiser for Native Animal Rescue. Learn about the great work this local nonprofit provides for our wild furry and feathered friends, AND answer questions about bats, owls, possums and other way cool nocturnal critters. Starts at 7:00pm.

Whale City Aptos

Michael and his SCARY New Best Friends celebrate their favorite holiday ON HALLOWEEN night this year. Full-band show with dancing, Halloween tunes, upbeat originals and covers, costume contest, witches, antics AND great food with a full bar. Trick or Treating at 4:00pm, followed by “Thrill the World” zombie dancers and Michael and the band at 5:30pm! No cover!
Saturday November 18th
Buena Vista Brewing Company
65 Hangar Way Watsonville
Michael and His New Best Friends celebrate the THIRD ANNIVERSARY of the brewery with originals, covers AND a special round of Buena Vista and Beer Trivia (gift card to the winner!) at the band break. The night runs 6:00 to 9:00pm No cover!

Alladin Nursery
2905 Freedom Blvd, Watsonville
As part of Alladin’s annual holiday open house, Michael (and a bandmate) kick off the party each day at 4:00pm, followed by another band at 5:00pm. As always, there’ll be crafts, wine and snacks, and you’re welcome to bring anything to share. It’s a perfect way to cap off another great year of wonderful shows.

Ongoing Trivia Nights
- Trivia Wednesdays at Bargetto Winery, 3535 North Main Street, Soquel. This weekly series begins at 6:30pm every Wednesday. Michael hosts every other week, trading off with David L. Hays Jr.
- Second Tuesday Trivia @ Seascape Golf Club, 610 Clubhouse Drive, Aptos. Running on the second Tuesday of every month. Two rounds of ten questions each, with four rotating topics thorough the game. Full bar plus food specials. Starts at 6:00pm. Upcoming dates: November 10th and December 8th.
- Tacos & Trivia – Every Thursday at El Vaquero Winery, 2901 Freedom Blvd in Corralitos. One long game with four categories, including visual and audio rounds, centered around a trivia theme for the evening. Wine to the three top-scoring teams. Game starts at 7:00pm. No reservations necessary. Food available from Chubby’s Tacos, Corralitos Pizza and Circle & Square.
