Seems like yesterday, and it also seems like ten years ago. One thing I really missed was the whole festival scene, just lots and lots of great bands and hanging with lots and lots of great friends.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.michaelgaither.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/MG-and-HNBF-with-logo.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8885 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.michaelgaither.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/MG-and-HNBF-with-logo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"940\" height=\"788\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.michaelgaither.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/MG-and-HNBF-with-logo.png 940w, https:\/\/www.michaelgaither.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/MG-and-HNBF-with-logo-300x251.png 300w, https:\/\/www.michaelgaither.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/MG-and-HNBF-with-logo-768x644.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redwoodmountainfaire.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Redwood Mountain Faire<\/a> at Roaring Camp in Felton is THE local festival. It&#8217;s held every year &#8211; global pandemics notwithstanding &#8211; the first weekend in June. I played a few times when they first rebooted it, and I emcee&#8217;d a couple of stage right before the big covid shutdown.<\/p>\n<p>This year, we were invited back. We headline the Henfling&#8217;s Stage as a trio, and had one of our absolute easiest and best sets ever &#8211; having great sound support made it effortless.
