Dalton<\/a> was a huge part of the Santa Cruz music scene in through the &#8217;60s and &#8217;70s. She moved to Nashville in the late &#8217;70s, and after a string of charting hits &#8211; including &#8220;Takin&#8217; It Easy&#8221;, &#8220;Crazy Blue Eyes&#8221;, and &#8220;Sixteenth Avenue&#8221; &#8211; she gave into being &#8220;homesick for the west&#8221; and headed back this way.
