(There&#8217;s often no such thing as a final draft&#8230;just the last version that you played or recorded.)<\/p>\n<p>I also talk about the story behind the lyric, &#8220;I Even Wrote for Jay Leno one time&#8221; and include a few audio clips: Two samples of what I wrote for Mr. Leno, and one relic of me doing standup back in the 80s.
